New regime
Ok dudes... we have now a super duper good news...
Since the beginning of your participation in physics department, i've assured u all one thing, which is that i wont let your hardwork go to waste.. But over the months you all spent in TTC, i've slowly realised that you all were not getting what u deserve in return. So now, i've proposed a new idea and our Boss had accepted the idea. For every month, i will have to submit a monthly report on your progress to him, about the things that we have achieve throughout the month, things that we did, meetings that we had carried out, and also most importantly, THE NOTES that you all did. The boss will then distribute the pay to you all to the extent of what you deserve.
This is to ensure it is fair to all of you! And this is what i'd promised you guys. I know especially those ppl who got involved in the previous notes were'nt satisfied with the pay they get.
However, guys, please, i really need to know whether are u all still committed in this.
We have to stay strong and be together in this department. If possible, please log in to this blog daily to post something or to find a date to talk to me... Besides, i really need to have a meeting ASAP, so please please please recommend a date and post it here.
